Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants met personally to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex twice unified title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly going ahead.
